About Richmond Printing Service
Richmond Printing Service is a family-owned printing company based at 1806 W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23220. We provide small-format printing, large-format printing, graphic design, and related services to customers throughout Richmond and Central Virginia.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, our systems, or other users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or customer data.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through our website, email, or phone are based on the information you supply at the time of the request. Prices may change if project specifications, quantities, materials, finishing, or deadlines change. A quote does not create a binding order until it is accepted by you and confirmed by Richmond Printing Service.
Orders & Approval
By approving a quote or submitting a print order, you confirm that:
- The project details, quantity, and specifications are correct
- You have reviewed proofs or samples when provided
- You authorize us to proceed with production based on the approved materials
Once production begins, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delays.
File Submissions & Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of files and materials you submit. This includes text, images, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You represent that you own or have permission to reproduce all submitted materials.
Richmond Printing Service is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied files that were approved for production. We may offer pre-press assistance, but final approval remains your responsibility unless we are explicitly engaged to create original artwork under a separate design agreement.
Color, Materials & Production Variation
Printed colors and finished products may vary slightly due to paper stock, equipment, lighting, and other production factors. We work to achieve professional, consistent results, but exact color matching across different materials, vendors, or prior print runs cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Turnaround & Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates and depend on project scope, current production schedule, file readiness, and material availability. Same-day or rush service may be available for certain jobs but is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.
Local pickup and delivery options may be available in the Richmond area. Risk of loss passes to you upon pickup or delivery completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided with your quote or invoice. We reserve the right to require payment before production begins, especially for new customers, rush orders, or custom projects. Past-due accounts may be subject to delayed production, collection efforts, or suspension of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may still apply. Refunds, credits, or reprints for approved work are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the nature of the issue.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials created by Richmond Printing Service remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-supplied content remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to use submitted files solely to fulfill your order and provide related services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richmond Printing Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richmond Printing Service from claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
Governing Law
